How long does it take for your order to be shipped? 

Your package will ship within 48 hours. Domestic packages generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Blonde hair, even if in stock, can take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Special order wigs may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Can I pick up my order in-store? 

Yes! In store pick up available. 

Will there be a delivery option? 

Deliveries can be made for a $10 fee and is only available for those within 5 miles of 90301.

Which carriers do you use for shipping? 

We use general carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. 

Where does your hair come from?

Our Hair Extensions human hair is sourced from around the world including temples of India. No hair curl or texture pattern will be the same as no woman’s hair pattern is the same. 

Is your hair virgin? 

Yes, our hair is not chemically treated and is mostly collected from one donor.

Can the hair be cut dyed or curled? 

Our hair can be washed, dyed, cut, blow-dried, and straightened.

How many bundles of hair are needed for a full head install? 

Generally, you would need 2 hair bundles with lengths 12-18 inches.

And 3 hair bundles with lengths 20-30 inches

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns however you may exchange your hair for equal value only if the hair extension is in original unused form (complete with both rubber bands if it is a hair bundle) within 3 business days. 

Wig, closure and frontal sales are final!!!
